What's your minimum order?
We specialise in premium runs from 20 pieces upwards — right up to several thousand. Whether it's 20 or 2,000, every order gets the same care.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the product, quantity and branding, and the unit price drops as quantity rises. Send a quick quote and we'll come back the same day with clear pricing — no obligation.
How quickly can you deliver?
We source materials on demand, usually within 24–48 hours, so typical turnaround is around 5–10 working days from artwork approval. Got a deadline? Tell us — we'll always be honest about what's achievable.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. You approve a clear design proof before anything goes into production, so the finished product matches exactly what you signed off.
What artwork do you need, and what if I don't have any?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. No print-ready file yet? No problem — share what you have and we'll help prepare it, or leave it blank and we'll guide you after your enquiry.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — a deposit (typically 40–50%) confirms your order and lets us source materials, with the balance due before dispatch. Full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.
What can you produce?
T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, caps and plates — printed and finished in-house with full quality control. Need a mixed collection for an event? That's our speciality.
Delivery or collection?
Both. We deliver across the UK or you're welcome to arrange collection. Every order arrives gift-ready as standard.
Can I reorder easily?
Absolutely. We keep your details and approved artwork on file, so repeat orders — annual club kit, recurring corporate gifts — take minutes.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing is per project and depends on the product, quantity and branding. The unit price drops as quantity rises, and our premium prices include a quality blank, a signed-off proof and gift-ready packaging as standard. Send a quick quote and we'll come back the same day — no obligation.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes — the more you order, the lower the unit price. For volume orders that don't need our full premium unboxing, we also offer a "supply-only" rate. Tell us your quantity and we'll quote the best tier.
How can I pay?
Easily and securely. We send a payment link for card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (great for your deposit), or you can pay by bank transfer. For repeat clients and clubs we can set up Direct Debit so future orders are effortless. A deposit confirms your order; the balance is due before dispatch.
Can you handle rush orders?
Often, yes — it depends on our schedule and material availability. Tell us your deadline at enquiry stage and we'll always be honest about what's achievable.
