Everything you need to know about how your EMBOZZ™ order reaches you, and what happens in the rare event something isn’t right. This page works alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Production & turnaround

All items are made to order. Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days from proof approval and receipt of your deposit. Lead times are estimates given in good faith; if you have a firm deadline, tell us at enquiry stage and we’ll always be honest about what’s achievable. Rush orders are often possible depending on our schedule.

2. Delivery & collection

  • We deliver across the United Kingdom, or you’re welcome to arrange collection.
  • Delivery costs and timings are confirmed in your quote, based on the size and weight of your order.
  • Every order arrives gift-ready as standard.

3. Risk & inspection

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect your order promptly and let us know of any issue within 7 days of receipt.

4. Faults, damage & remakes

We stand behind our quality. If goods are faulty, materially differ from the approved proof, or are damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, remake or refund the affected items at our discretion. Please keep the packaging and share photos where possible so we can put things right quickly.

5. Bespoke & personalised goods

Because our products are custom-made and personalised to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once production has begun. We cannot accept returns of correctly produced bespoke goods that are simply no longer wanted. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.

6. Cancellations & changes

Changes requested after order confirmation may affect price and lead time and may not be possible once production has started. If you cancel after we have incurred costs (for example sourcing materials), your deposit may be retained to cover those costs.
