Is the mock-up really free?
Yes — completely. Send your logo, tell us what you’d like to see it on, and we’ll create the visual at no cost. There is no obligation to order anything afterwards, and the mock-up is yours to keep either way.
What’s your minimum order?
We specialise in premium runs from 20 pieces upwards — right up to several thousand. Whether it’s 20 or 2,000, every order gets the same care.
How quickly can you deliver?
We source materials on demand, usually within 24–48 hours, so typical turnaround is around 5–10 working days from artwork approval. Got a deadline? Tell us — we’ll always be honest about what’s achievable.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. You approve a clear design proof before anything goes into production, so the finished product matches exactly what you signed off.
What if I don’t have artwork ready?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG — but no file, no problem. Share what you have and we’ll help prepare it, or leave it blank and we’ll guide you after your enquiry.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — a deposit (typically 40–50%) confirms your order and lets us source materials, with the balance due before dispatch.
Can I reorder easily?
Absolutely. We keep your details and approved artwork on file, so repeat orders — annual club kit, recurring corporate gifts — take minutes.
