Peanut Butter and Banana Shake
2 scoops of recommended
advanced meal replacement
shake in creamy French vanilla (strawberry and chocolate available).
¾ ripe medium banana cut into slices
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
8 ounces purified water or to your desired consistency
6 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients into your blender
Fill the container with ice
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Optional: Add an additional scoop of protein (18g) and water. Great for building muscle.
