Harvest Apple Pie Shake


Serves 1

​Per Serving


  • 1 whole apple

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

  • 8 ounces purified water or to your desired consistency

  • Ice


  1. Remove apple core and roughly chop up (don’t peel).

  2. Add all the ingredients into your blender

  3. Fill the container with ice

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Optional: Add an additional scoop of protein (18g) and water.  Great for building muscle.
