Slice of green pepper

Other grilled veggies

Guacamole (optional)

1 tablespoon/packet of ketchup (21 Calories)

1 tablespoon/packet of mustard (0 Calories)

1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce – optional (12 Calories)
Directions:

A Slim bun is when you shave a bun down so the lower and upper portions are half their original depth/size or when using a whole-wheat English muffin

Cook your ground beef with seasoning, if desired, only using 4-ounce patties. They will cook down to make a 3-ounce burger. Traditional burgers are around 6-ounces.

Sautee your pepper, onion or vegetables, and top off your burger.
