Why ask for your payment information to activate a trial membership?  We ask so you can enjoy Embozz uninterrupted after your 30-day free trial period ends. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 30-day free trial, your card WON’T be charged.

If you do not cancel within the first 30 days, Embozz will charge your card the amount mentioned upon registration (plus tax, where applicable) at the end of the trial and each month after that until you cancel.

Refund policy:  All sales are final. Lifetime, All Access and Trainer memberships, are not refundable or transferable.

Trial offers:  Cancel before Trial period expires and you won’t be charged. If the member does not login and cancel there membership or email us at the below email address provided before the trial ends they will be charged. The sales are final and are not eligible for a refund. If the trial is a month to month subscription membership it can be can cancel at any time before the trial period and they will not be charged. Monthly charges will incur until membership is cancel. Once you cancel your account, future payments to Embozz will stop. We do not offer partial month refunds. For example, if you are billed the first of every month and cancel on the 15th you will not receive a partial month refund. Are promotion codes refundable? No, promotion codes are not refundable or transferable. Are gift cards refundable? No, all gift card sales are final and are not refundable. It is further warranted that such entry into the Embozz program for observation or use of any facilities or equipment or participation in such affiliated program constitutes an acknowledgement that such premises and all facilities and equipment thereon and such affiliated programs have been inspected and carefully considered and that the undersigned finds and accepts same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purpose of such observation, use, or participation.

IN FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO ENTER ANY LOCATION FOR ANY PURPOSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO

OBSERVATION OR USE OF FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROGRAM AFFILIATED WITH THE EMBOZZ,

WITHOUT RESPECT TO LOCATION, THE MEMBER HEREBY AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE EMBOZZ, its directors,

officers, employees, and agents (hereinafter referred to as “release’s”) from all liability to the undersigned, his personal

representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of

injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the release’s

or otherwise while the undersigned is in, upon, or about the premises or any facilities or equipment therein, or participating

in any program affiliated with the EMBOZZ, without respect to location.

2. THE MEMBER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the release’s and each of them

from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to the presence of the undersigned in, upon, or about the EMBOZZ

premises or in any way observing or using any facilities of equipment or programs of EMBOZZ or participating in any program affiliated with the EMBOZZ whether caused by the negligence of the release’s or otherwise.

3. THE UNDERSIGNED HERBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY

DAMAGE due to negligence of release’s or otherwise while in, about, or upon the premises of the EMBOZZ and/or while using the premises or any facilities or equipment thereon or participating in any program affiliated with the EMBOZZ.

THE MEMBER further expressly agrees that the forgoing RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State or country and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

THE MEMBER HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNED UP AND RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducement apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
