CANCELING: The user who signed up must login and manage account, OR they must email us and request cancellation within 7 days after signing up.  Any one who calls in that is not the person who originally signed up will not be authorized to cancel and the membership will not be refunded. (TO RECEIVE A REFUND YOU MUST BE THE PERSON WHO SIGNED UP AND MUST REQUEST CANCELLATION  WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THAT).
